The 90s were a simpler time. Long before we were all paying thousands of dollars for NFTs, many of us were creating pixel art of our own on a humble toy: Lite-Brite!
This project started as a fun weekend activity for our DAO, but quickly became too impressive to keep to ourselves. Each of us picked a collection we loved, and then we transformed them into nostalgic images of glowing plastic pegs. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Who came up with this?
One day, while experimenting with Rhino, a ShuffleDAO member decided to try to 'lite-briteify' an image. Given most of the DAO is made up of boomers, we all became very excited to play with visual effects and rendering to see what we could create. After much trial and error—including spamming our artists with transformed NFTs so they may process and tune the outputs—we reached an exciting result. Everyone we showed responded positively, though some of our younger members simply said, "WTF is a Lite-Brite." 😑
Is this just a derivative collection?
We don't think so. SpriteLites were generated with a focus on our unique style—one which took a long time to get right and perfect. We picked a selection of collections across the spectrum of NFTS which we personally appreciated and enjoyed.

Can I chose the collection I mint?
Nope. We have shuffled the collection order and randomized frequency for a fun, surprising mint. Every piece is stunning, so we hope you are pleased. There are also a few hidden gems waiting to be found.
What about utility?
This project is primarily an art drop. Our only plan is to release the full, 3D models of each SpriteLite shortly after launch. It is possible we add some ShuffleDAO magic later on, but no promises!
